Playground fun

Cort insisted that I put this video on here. He dies laughing every time he sees it. I think it is so sad, but I must admit I do giggle a little. Poor little Kimball.

Gingerbread House

Kimball has been so excited about Christmas. He loves all of the Christmas trees and lights. I always catch him playing and re-arranging my nativities. We bought a gingerbread house kit from costco and just about made Kimball's year. He couldn't wait to get it home, he kept trying to open it at the store and he insisted on carrying it from the car to the house. We all had fun putting it together, but Kimball got a little out of control on the decorations. What didn't get put in his mouth made it onto every bit of icing we put on the house. It looks a little sad, but Kimball was so proud of it. We ended up having to put it on top of the fridge because the house mysteriously started to become more sparse. A gum ball missing here a sidewalk missing there, you know how it goes.

Spider man

Kimball got some cool new Spider man pajama's and he loves them. He asks to wear them every night. He is so funny, we always catch him standing on his stool looking at himself in the mirror when he has them on. He has his own little imaginary spider man fights while standing in front of the mirror. They usually involve the lion and tiger you see in his hands. He has a great imagination. Oh ya, there is a random, cute picture of Kate in there holding on of Kimball's fierce lions.

Thanksgiving

Kimball's idea of helping mom cook some things before we left for St. George. He is so much fun!

We had a great time this Thanksgiving in St. George. We were able to go and see a live Nativity show. It was really neat, and really cold.

Getting Big!

Katelyn is getting too big too fast. She is always making a cute or funny face, which you will see here, and we have been lucky to catch a few on camera. She is sitting up all by herself now and is eating baby cereal. Which she loves by the way. We let her try an all fruit Popsicle and she just couldn't get enough. She kept grabbing at my hands trying to get a little bit more. She is so much fun and she and Kimball keep us on our toes.

These are a few of my favorite things

I am so excited becuase Kate's hair is now long enough to put in piggies and bam bam's. Isn't she just edible. Please pass the cheeks. Oh ya, and Kimball is really cute too.




Kimball wakes up every morning, eats cereal and milk and then starts his day by taking every movie we own out of the entertainment center. He doesn't just throw them on the ground, he carefully pulls each one out at a time, looks it over, put's it on the floor and then moves on to the next movie. Do you hear me EVERYDAY, and if were lucky it's two or three times. You gotta love him!!

The kids love to take baths together. Kimball gets the bath ready with bubbles and toys for he and Katelyn everynight. They both have so much fun splashing in the water.

HALLOWEEN FUN

Kimball was Peter Pan this year, and a good one at that. He decided he could call anyone a "Codfish" while he was in costume. There has also been an abundance of sword fighting going on since he got his costume. Anything is considered a sword, pens, sticks, baseball bats, curtain rods, you name it. He was so cute while trick-or-treating. We went to the first house and he was given two tootsie pops. And that was all he needed, he handed me his candy bag and got started on one of the suckers. He would have been content going home right then. The rest of the time we were trick-or-treating he insisted that I hold the bag while he carried his sword and his sucker. It was so funny because when we would get to a door he would say "trick-or-treat" before the door would open. When the door did open he would just stand there and stare with sucker in mouth. Too cute. Kate was a cute little leopard and had fun looking at all of the little kids dressed up.

Too much chocolate

I had to go run some errands during the kids nap time and Cort, the great husband he is agreed to stay at home with the kids. When I came home about an hour later I enquired about Kate and if she had slept the entire time I was gone. He ensured me that she didn't make a peep. About ten minutes later I checked on her and this is what I see. Chocolate all over her mouth and bink. I looked at Cort and he smiled at me saying, "What, she slept didn't she?" She was all to happy for just waking up, now I know what is really going on when I leave.

San Bernardino Fire

It has been crazy down here in Southern California with all of the fires. There was a huge fire about 20 miles away from us in Lake Arrowhead. As we were leaving town for the week to escape to a place we could breath we took some pictures of the smoke, not clouds, settling right over where we live. It was so bad that we couldn't even see the mountains about 1 mile away. The pictures of the fire are actually a fire right behind our house that gave us a little scare. We were lucky enough to get out before we were surrounded by polyvinyl chloride gases(just for you mom!)

Good Times

We didn't think that wearing sun glasses could be so much fun, but we were mistaken. Kimball is our little ham who always knows how to make us laugh.

Cousin's are the best. Caden and Kimball being boys at Apple Hill.

Cute Kids

So we are pretty bias thinking we have the cutest kids. Have you ever seen such cute cheeks and chubby thighs? I think not!
